Not compared to the other systems, no. The current gen version of Double Agent was designed for the Xbox and ported over to the PS2 and Gamecube. Since the Xbox is graphically superior to the PS2, it's not going to look as good on the Sony. Also, I believe the levels are smaller and more linear in the PS2 version.

The Gamecube is also probably going to look better than the PS2 version because it's capable of handling the Xbox's graphics. However, it will also have the smaller/more linear levels though due to it's smaller disc size.
