I think it's my ovary. It's in that area and it's hard as a rock and a little tender if it's pressed on. I'm waiting to hear back from my Dr. so I can schedule an appointment. What could be wrong with me?

If you are having a lot of pain on that side and it is inflamed, it could very well be an ovarian cyst which is common. A lot of women get this during their ovulation and then it goes away when you have your period. Or an ovarian cyst could be caused by endometriosis which causes extremely painfull menstrual pain.

Wait for your doctor to tell you. Some of the people on here will just scare you for no reason.

Could be your ovary, which would indicate ovarian cancer, but it could also be a hernia, which would need an operation but wouldn't kill you like cancer would.
