I was born and raised a Hindu. But above everything else, I was raised in America and I grew up believing in Santa Claus and saying Merry Christmas to everyone at Christmas. I never got offended when someone wished me a Merry Christmas. It never stopped me from being proud of my own herritage and culture.
To me, even as a non-Christian, Christmas is such a wonderful time of the year to give thanks for our blessings. No matter who we are.
Sometimes I wish people would start thinking along those lines as human beings, and quit being so damn, "politically correct!"
And I wish they would bring back school prayer too. LOL
And oh hey, Merry Christmas to you to, eh!

If I see someone who is Indian or Arabic, or who I know to be Jewish, they get a happy holidays. For anyone else, I take the chance and say Merry Christmas. Does it really offend anyone anyway? Merry Chrismas!

Yes if I am not sure of their religion, I just say all the best for the holiday season. But the majority of the time it's Merry Christmas.
Merry Christmas to you too.

Yep. i do. I just say it cuz i don't want it to seem like i'm ashamed to be a Christian. i don't think anyone would be too offended... everything is CHRISTMAS CHRISTMAS CHRISTMAS everywhere. Sadly enough, Christmas has become more of just a general expression of the season. Everybody says it. I don't like to say Happy Holidays. It sounds too insensitive.
So...
MERRY CHRISTMAS to you too!!!!!! :0) have a happy winter!

Meh, im not even christian and i say merry christmas, if i know you celebrate a different holiday, i will probably say that. I will not go out of my damn way for two words, however. Honestly, if you are not comfortable enough with your religion to get over two words.. you do not belong in that religion.
