What do I do if my co-worker is tall, has dark hair and WORSHIPS the devil. NO joke here. He even said he did AND he wears a AREA 666 shirt every other day. He is really mean to me! This is not a joke!

Also, my co-worker is BEST friends with my boss too! My boss also flirts with a least 3 girls everyday for about 45 min. each. Not with me because I don't let him. Should I show my tattoos at work and they will be mad at me and report me?

If he causes an office problem you can follow the chain of command and report it as harrassment.

Pray for him and stay out of his way.

Is this about your religious beliefs or his? Or is it just about getting along with the coworker?

Sometimes conversations come up where you don't agree with the ideas, and that's ok. You can still hang out / talk with someone. Maybe he's got other interesting qualities you can discuss. Maybe he'll stop being mean to you if you try a few friendly moves and avoid the whole satan thing.

Religion is always someone's personal business, and should rarely, if ever, be discussed at work.

If he persists with his talk of Satanism, tell him that you aren't comfortable discussing religion at all while at work. You're not obligated to reveal your beliefs to him, nor to engage in any kind of a debate. Based on what you say, it sounds like he's baiting you. Don't bite; you don't want to endanger your job while trying to bring discipline on to him.

If that doesn't stop it, report it to his supervisor. Take the high road, and you'll win in this instance.

When he bugs you - tell him, "Get thee behind me." He's probably doing it for attention. If he gets out of hand, report him to your boss and threaten harrassment and infringement of religious rights.

Or, get a priest to bless your work place (jk - I'm in a giddy mood).
