How do you reenable the task manager?

every time I try to open it it says it was disabled by administrator but I am the administrator so where do i go to reenable it?

Heres something you can do

Start>Run>gpedit.msc?expand User Configuration>expand Administrative Templates>expand System>open Crtl+Alt+Delete Options>Right click Remove Task Manager>Properties>Click Disabled>Ok and just close the program and that should work.
