All I know is that I wish to find her before Christmas. I need to give something to her. She works in Arizona for Border Patrol. Does anyone know if there is an employee directory or something?

You could call the Border Patrol and ask them to give her your contact information so she can call you. They are not going to give you her information

Whenever people ask me this question, I tell them about my favorite name, phone and address search tool -- Infospace. Since very few days are left before Christmas its better to announce on T.V or Radio. Its very difficult to find someone missing some other way.
