Yup! Before and after I retired from the U.S. Army I sang and played in taverns and bars in the Fayetteville, North Carolina, area. The smoke was inundating and the cheap perfume was obnoxious enough that caused me to shower immediately when I got home. If I failed to jump in the shower right away, my wife was quick to remind me.
But I loved to play and sing for crowds. I don't do much of it anymore except to teach guitar to a student now and then.

No, but I was in love with one once. It didn't last but the ride was great. Thanks for the memories. Steve Perry and Journey were the best.
