can someone tell me how to set my web cam?

it looks so dark and it does not look clear I tried with the ring around it but nothing can someone tell me how to set the colours

Sorry, but this would probably be your web cam. I had one that made everything dark, but when I got another I had no problem, even in less light. You may have to get a new one. The ring around the lens should be for focusing. Some cams are just better than others. The one I am using now is just a cheap laptop one, but works great. Sorry I don't know a magic fix.
