Yes the virus can give you warts on ANY part of your body including hands, feet, face...however the virus that occurs on the genitals is a paticular strain or type of HPV that doesn't occur in drier parts of the body, but can occur in the mouth. you can get HPV just from holding hands with someone that has it, but that strain can't be transmitted to your genitals hope i made the different strains clear enough. also warts can be removed by your general doctor

Human Papaloma Virus is spread through bodily fluids... it would be highly unlikely.
"The types of HPV that infect the genital area are spread primarily through genital contact. "
If you had HPV you would have genital warts as well - although they are not always visible...

Any skin on skin contact with a person who has HPV can cause you to get the virus. Or if you proceed in oral sex, you can get the warts on your mouth as well.

I suppose it would be theoretically possible, like through the sharing of a wet towel, however the chances are really really really low.
Low enough where I would feel pretty comfortable saying it isn't possible.

I actually have it. I was sexual when I got diagnosed with it, but my doctor said that I could have had it without being sexual. I have been getting cold sores on my mouth since I was little and she said it could be from the same virus!
