No. Med schools will have certain minimum requirements in the sciences and most will require a certain level of math and an english course or two, but they really appreciate well-rounded students, so you don't even have to be a science major to get in. Anthropology and philosophy majors have some of the highest acceptance rates to medical school.

Actually this might be surprising but no, you don't have to major in Pre Med, all what you need is a bachelor's degree in any field and then get into the medical school

There usually is no "pre-med" major in college. You just have to fulfill the required courses the med schools want. People typically pick a science type major mainly cuz that's what most people who want to go on to med school do, and it may be easier to get into those required courses if your major is in that department.
If you want to go to med school, you can call yourself "pre-med".

I am not sure, but I would suggest going to the websites for medical schools you may be interested in later to find out what their eligibility requirements are. Some might accept students with degrees in Biology or another related field. Good luck!
