You would think that Wolverine would win. However, thanks to little something called the "Xavier Protocols," there is a way to defeat Wolvie. Prof. X created protocols detailing how each X-Man could be defeated if they ever got out of hand. Cyclops' optic blast would be able cut through the Adamantium skeleton and sever Wolverine's head, the only known way to kill him. Cyclops can widen his blast to equal a football field so he could do it from a distance. Cyclops wins.
