Now I'll NEVER eat fast food and that's sad, I LOVE Jack in the Box and Taco Bell. Not anymore though. That movie almost made me throw up, thinking about what it was I was actually eating! It was just a personal choice though. I really miss those two tacos for .99!

YEAH! You didn't read the paper? Well, all fast food restaraunts have been forced to change any food that has trans fat in, it to have none it it. Otherwise they will be forced to close their restaraunt. So all the fast food restaraunts are going to be more healthy by 2008! Isn't it great?

No. The movie is crap. Based on nutritional facts, you could eat 1 Big Mac and drink 1 medium Coke every single day, and as long as the rest of your day's meals are balanced, you can remain healthy. Of course, no matter what you eat, you must exercise to get the most from your diet.

No, because a certain amount of it is embellished for a movie. Alot of what they say about fast food restaurants is bogus in my opinion.

Unless there is no other option, I've sworn off fast food. It's unhealthy, and poor quality. Sometimes, there's just no healthy option :(
