Well, I don't know where you got obsisian, but if you look at the keyboard you are typing on, you will see that the d is right next to the s. If you make a big brainstorming jump, you will notice the d on Obsidian is right where the 2nd S is on Obsisian.

Obsidian is a rock. Volcanic glass. You probably already knew that though.

the difference is that obsidian is a kind of rock, and obsisian is a typo that somebody made because they missed the "d" key on their keyboard.

Obsidian is volcanic glass, molten material that was quenched (cooled very quickly). Obsisian? I have never heard of the term, why don't you google it?
