How do you rest strained, cracked, eye muscles because I think about a month ago I turned my eyes to the very?

left of me and I heard a crack and it looks turned in a bit so how do i get them back to normal?

Wear an eye patch over BOTH eyes to rest the muscles. Wearing it on only the injured eye will not help because when you move the uninjured eye, the other one will move as well.
