Reality is a word. This word can have many different usages all meaning something that as a fenonemon exists beyond all doubt.
Here are some ideas to help with the understanding of the word REALITY.
1. Body. The material or physical organism of man. The living electrochemical mechanism of animal nature and origin.
2. Mind. The thinking, perceiving, and feeling mechanism of the human organism. The total conscious and unconscious experience. The intelligence associated with the emotional life reaching upward through worship and wisdom to the spirit level. 3. Spirit. The divine spirit that indwells the mind of man--the Thought Adjuster. This immortal spirit is prepersonal--not a personality, though destined to become a part of the personality of the surviving mortal creature.
4. Soul. The soul of man is an experiential acquirement. As a mortal creature chooses to "do the will of the Father in heaven," so the indwelling spirit becomes the father of a new reality in human experience. The mortal and material mind is the mother of this same emerging reality. The substance of this new reality is neither material nor spiritual--it is morontial. This is the emerging and immortal soul which is destined to survive mortal death and begin the Paradise ascension.
Personality. The personality of mortal man is neither body, mind, nor spirit; neither is it the soul. Personality is the one changeless reality in an otherwise ever-changing creature experience; and it unifies all other associated factors of individuality. The personality is the unique bestowal which the Universal Father makes upon the living and associated energies of matter, mind, and spirit, and which survives with the survival of the morontial soul.
Morontia is a term designating a vast level intervening between the material and the spiritual. It may designate personal or impersonal realities, living or nonliving energies. The warp of morontia is spiritual; its woof is physical.

As I was taught in a new age thinking class and now believe to be true, reality is "the truth as YOU see it". For example; 3 people see a car accident, when asked what they saw you get 3 different answers, and not saying that any are lieing. It can be as simple as interpertation, to something you read or hear. Religion is another good example, so many claim Christian, and so many different views, can they all be right? If not which one is and what makes the others wrong. It can't be by 'majority' because when details are presented even the majority falls apart. In my reality I consider most, not all, Christians as liars. This is the truth as I see it and probably not viewed by the majority as right. 75 years ago segregation was viewed as right by the majority and for most that agreed had their reasons of 'this is reality' then back up their dicision with some way off the wall reason but this was their reality. UFO's for some are reality, for some this is a sign of low mentality. We as human-beings base our daily disicions based entirely as to what we veiw as reality. Some things like death and taxes we all agree on, but even what we know is for sure in this life is being challenged everyday. If someone had discribed the internet, fax machines, or the space shuttle to your great-grandfather his reality would be your crazy. This is the best I could do--------REALLY-------

Reality is the true physical world we live in. It can be proven that it exists. Gravity can be proven because everything up to date is known to be affected by it if it contains matter. Humans are a part of reality because we exist together and are the same species that we know of. Last, animals are part of reality because they interact with us and such. The truth is reality is based on us interacting with things with our senses. For all we know this could just be imaginary and we are part of some machine generating these images, but so far we can only say that what we are in now is our reality. When you are dreaming you know it is not reality because you have experienced something greater then the dream. Dreams are based on our reality. Our life could be based on something that is really greater then what we experience now. We truly do not know what reality is or we just call what we experience now reality.

Reality is formed, by the way each one of our minds, collects data.
Any "reality" can then, be debated.
Sensory Data: Collected by the sight, smell, taste and touch of a person. Based on facts.
Intuitive Data: Collected in the same manor, and more. Thoughts and ideals also enter into this "larger picture." Although they cannot be proved or disproved, they are valuable.
Lastly, two people can see the same exact thing. And because of the way we each collect data. The two people can explain it completely different from each other, and both be correct.

Reality is that which exists outside of our beliefs.
Reality is presupposed by the normal understanding between people; language.
Reality is not relativistic; there can be MANY answers to a question, but, there can not be ANY answer.

Reality is what stands up and slaps me in the face when I disagree with it.
Reality is what I have created and anybody that disagrees with me is a mental aberration.
Reality will not let me fly, teleport or be rich and it is why I can't get a certificate of sanity.
