as long your gift doesn't shout merry Christmas to them then yeah it should be fine. just tell that person happy holidays or happy Hanukkah

You can give that person a gift, he or she might feel left out if you don't. instead of putting it like a christmas gift, you can just say it's for all the holidays. You can also tell that person that you didn't know if you should have gotten a gift for them since they don't celebrate xmas but you did anyway that you hope thats ok

Of course you should give them a gift! Just because they're Jewish doesn't exclude them from holiday spirit! They give gifts during Chanukkah as well.

Yes, give them a gift. Say "Happy Holidays" instead of specifically saying Christmas or Hanukkah. If it was me, I'd feel singled out and left out.

I have one Jewish friend and this year I sent him a simple Hannukah card and he sent me a DVD.
They love gifts they are human beings just like us :)
