I don't have any sources, but I do know that the chances of you getting found out are slim to zero. As long as he is smart enough to keep his mouth shut, that is... and as for consequences, the worst they can do is close his account and take all the $. You aren't going to be arrested or anything. http://www.church-of-texas-holdem.com/index.html

Nobody will find out. Unless yahoo spills the beans to full tilt poker. Keep it on the down low. Just act as if its your account and also, they'll never know its not you, some people just suck at poker!

The only way for you to get caught an prosecuted for something like this is for someone to either witness or have him tell somebody about it. Even then most jurisdictions across the country are too busy to be bothered with such a minor crime.

As long as it's online, there is no way of knowing that he is playing unless he tells people that he is underage. Register the poker account under your name and it is virtually impossible for anyone but you or his friends to know he is the poker player. (I'm 14 and I do it under my uncle's name.)

Nothing to worry about, he would have to tell everyone in the room he was underage and even then everyone would probably laugh
