One of mine just broke while I was unscrewing it, so I was wondering if it would play the same until I get a new one.

I have had this problem in the past. Take a piece of wire or a twist tie or something like that and put it throught both sides of the ligature. twist the wire around itself so it is tight. This should hold fine until you can get another screw. You could probably play without it but the reed may slip a little or the sound may be airy. I would suggest the wire.

I used to play the clarinet, but I never encountered this problem. I guess it would be possible to play, but your reed might be a big wiggly. Try to get a new ligature soon, but it's probably safe to keep playing in the meantime

Probally but I have seen people use string or rubber bands. Just use something that can hold the reed in place
