city, state, & large governments weren't ready after years of warnings............most of french quarter is open, but not much more than that

It is ok if you stay out of trouble. It is not that bad I been there 14 times since the hurricane and it's fine to me. Just some rebuilding in certain places.

The city is terrible. The crime and low life has caused everyone to move. Get rid of the scum and people will move back.
