hit the ball with the like you normally would(as long as thats not with your toe!!!)either your inside, laces,or out side and just hit as far out side of the ball as you can with still letting the ball go foward. its hard to explain sometimes its much easier to show but just try and you'll get it eventually

To do it easily, remember 2 points and practice on them:
1- Using the side of your foot to hit the ball using swipe technique, this means the motion of your whole leg ends up tangent to the ball this first lesson trains you to position your leg's course properly to do random curves
2- Concetrate on the area of the ball you're hitting this is the advanced lesson that enables you after proper training to know exactly where you're directing the ball and how much curve you're putting into it...
It may look easy but to be good with this ability requires a long time, much training and determination
Good Luck

It depends which direction u wanna curve the ball,if u want it to curve left u must kick the right half of the ball with the left side of your foot and kick with force.Similarly if u wanna make it curve right then u kick the left side of the ball with the outside part of ur foot.

You swipe the ball just like you do in Tennis. It's like putting top-spin on the tennis ball. Just watch some premiership soccer and practice yourself kicking on a wall.

believe it or not u don't have 2 kick it in the side so it can curve. everytime i play i kick it with the front of my foot(or the toes area) and it curves perfectly. i just think it's me but it hardly works, except 4 me

there are 2 ways to kick.
1) the side of the foot side by the toe. to kick, you hafto hit the middle of the ball. not only this but you have to "slice" the ball and push it at the same time.
2) with the instep, you have to strike the ball in the left or right side. *right goes left shot, left goes right shot. plus you have to give a right amount of power for the shot to extend.

Kick it to the side you want it to curve, rather than the middle, so that it rolls slightly before leaving your foot.

to hit it straight use your intep of the foot (the area where the laces are). to curve it on the inside kick the ball using the inside of the foot, & the outisde if you want to curve it the other way around. if you type "instep drive" & "curl soccer ball" on youtube you'll find plenty that will help.

if you want it to curve it, kick it on the side of the ball so it spins and catches the wind.
