A little research on the internet tells me this heartbreaking piece of screen play was called 'WIT'. If you find it (preferably free) on the internet, I'd be much obliged... I don't think it is available on DVD.

The play is called w;t not wit. The semicolon is important in this case. You can find the script at most libraries and the DVD is online at blockbuster and netflix.

"Wit" is also a play, made in to a movie. If you can find the play at the library, the monologue may be in it. Good luck to you.
