What is wrong with women? I work in a department full of women and a 4 of them are catty as hell.
One likes to gossip about everyone and she is very rude and bitchy to the other women.
Another one WHISPERS to other catty women and talks about other women at work! Why can't they do their jobs?
Why can't women stop being like this? I have never met a guy that is catty like this, men don't go whispering about their co-workers like women do.
Men may gossip or act rude, but not to the extreme like women!!
Why are so many women catty?

Women appear to be catty, because the guy promises to do something, then he doesn't, then she is accused of being catty or Then there are some women that are catty for what appears for no reason at all...even to women. Which I think that goes along with her being selfish and only thinking about her needs and wants.

I can easily relate to your situation. Many women feel insecure & threatened if they think their job performance is being threatened or taken away from them so they b**** & crap about the next person or co-worker to make them feel and look better, and in addition to that ~ it's called "super low self-esteem". Unfortunately, it's the only job they'll remain in for the rest of their miserable stressful life without moving up the ladder to promotional success, so they'll do everything they can to survive and keep their position. Sadly.

Becasue their self esteem is very low. The only way they can keep looking at themselves in the morning is to put others down so they feel superior. Inside they are trauamatized people with no self esteem.

I agree that it is low self esteem. To put someone else down makes them feel better about themselves. I have worked with both women and men and would much rather work with a man anyday!

being raised by a women's psychologist...women do this for misdirection in regards to there own insecurity...also boredom...
to hide from others. Some times this is the only time they have control in there lives. another reason they are simply not nice persons when in a group they do this do to competition not realized it by one another...

because they are bored and jealous lamos with no lives. That is why I'd much rather hang out with men. They are so much more laid back and fun not to mention hilarious.

Do you work in a department store. If so go to the genetic make-up dept. I'm sure they can help there.

not all of them are, but there is an ample supply..that is why i prefer the company of horses for mates rather than other women lol
