Starting Jan 1, 2007, which European countries will open their labor markets for Bulgaria&Romania?

The following countries will fully open their labour market: Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Cyprus, Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Norway (even though it's not a EU member country).
So, it's all the former communist countries (except Hungary) and the Northern European states.
The other member states will open their labour market gradually.
