Speech. Definitely the speech. Even if I wasn't prepared, I could go up there and talk about myself or talk about movies, or have an interactive discussion with the audience. (could even learn a thing or do...)
Only thing that might happen as a result of the streaking on the busy street would be possibly getting arrested. :o(

That is a tough one! I would rather give a speech in front of 2,000 people, but those people would rather I would have streaked on a busy street.

since i like to talk so much i would rather have a speech infront of 2000 people because if i was on the street they wouldn't be able to listen because they would be to busy driving by

Streak on a busy street---at least that way I am running away from them and they only get a quick peek--standing in front of crowds scares me.

I would give the speech. It wouldn't be that scary and doesn't seem like something you can get arrested for. Where as you can if you get caught streaking.
