The 16th day, My Hamster will be giving birth! If she actually is pregnant...I'm not sure. She has put on weight, ate much more than usual and made a huge bed with all her bedding and some tissue I added. If she and the male mated around 11 PM 16 days ago...will she have the pups at 11 Pm today?

Yup, my hampster had babies too. I came home and there were these little pink things all over the place. I left her in peace and eventually she collected them and fed them and none of them died. She had 9. It's always a suprise!

I think the 16 day thing is just a suggestion for a due date...not marked in stone down to the exact minute. Kinda like human babies...the due date can be 2 weeks before or 2 weeks after.
Baby hamsters come on their own time anyway...usually when no one is looking. You'll walk away and come back and then BAM you'll have 20 little, naked, pink dots everywhere.

well not neccasarily And sometimes it can take up to 20 days for gestation. Also it wont happan on the exact hour. make sure you keep the mother in a quit place when its about "time"
