to be fair, if your IQ is below 100 is is probably not your fault - rather a birth defect. most birth defects are not the fault of the parents either...but things such as fetal alcohol syndrome are - and those mothers should be punished for what theyve inflicted upon your children.
However, i believe that you are confusing stupidity with blatant stupidity, you know - those people who purposely don't think... and yes, something nasty should happen to those who ignore and refute their inborn gifts
Either way, its not really up to any of us to decide what happens to others.

I have seen many people with high IQ's act like they had a 2nd grade education and people with the lower IQ's seem smarter to me......
