The baby has just changed positions. Its probably trying to work its self into the head down position needed for delivery. I wouldn't worry as long as the baby is moving and you aren't having contractions.

That sounds like braxton-hicks to me. I had them for weeks. Most noticeable 2 days before I was in labor. Unlike most people on here they probably didn't just have a baby. My daughter is 3 months old and I distinctly remember the hardening of the stomach. I thought it was the baby pushing really hard but later found out it was contractions. Hope this helps.

well ive had two kids and plenty of wierd things happening during both pregnancies.
Its probably because the baby has moved and is getting bigger faster since ur getting so close to having it. But coming from someone who has had problems in pregnancy it never hurts to call ur doctor just to check in if u feel that something is different. You could also be having braxton hicks contractions which are "fake" contractions that can cause ur belly to become very hard. But if its hard all the time then its probably because the baby is so large now and leaning against everything. Good luck with ur baby and let me know what the doc says if u call.

Do you mean that your belly feels generally harder/tighter? Or that you have moments when it hardens/tightens? The latter would be contractions. Drink plenty of water and get off your feet, and see if they go away. If they don't, call your doctor. If they do, they're likely BH contractions, but keep an eye on them. Either way, drink lots of water, as dehydration can cause contractions.

If the hardening comes and goes it is contractions. If not I would call the Dr just to get checked out.

at the same time because it ought to no longer be something do no longer take a huge gamble. pass to the emergency room or pass to the hard paintings and delivery dept. of the medical institution you will provide delivery in. possibly you're dehydrated. you ought to drink fairly some water. Make your self a ginger tea for the tummy soreness. good success.

It is called Braxton Hicks, and this is when they usually start..... They are uncomfortable, and you will have them until the birth..... They are just helping your body prepare for child birth, and it is normal, if you try going for a walk.. it should help to ease them... but if they get to the point of being severe, where you can't move, or if you walk it gets worse, then I would be contacting your doc.....

Because your skin is reaching its limit of stretching. You need to your belly with lotion or you going to get really bad stretch marks. Can you share some pictures of you pregnant?
