Ok everyone saw what rookie quarterback Vince Young did with the Texas Longhornes a year ago. Scince his draft to the Tennessee Titans this year he has not only become a starter but has put up some descent numbers.

That all may be so but with the Hype built around this player has he lived up to it? Or does he still have something to prove to you. You be the Judge.

it's funny how everybody was saying that vince young would have the most upside to any qb in this draft however they were saying that it would take him longer to develop then matt leinart and jay cutler and they were saying that he would would struggle his first year or so well they were right about him having the most upside but they were wrong about him struggling and taking longer to develop because look at him he's done a tremendous job with the titans in this his rookie year hell this kid's got a bright future in this league that's for sure

He is a really great player, but has much to improve in the quarterback position. He is missing a lot of open receivers and running instead. Now, he is effective so far. But over time teams will have the film and time to devise plans (much as they have against Vick) to slow him down. But Vince is a winner, and that goes a long ways towards making things better. Also, Vince has a really good coaching staff that will help him be the best possible player.

Vince Young has lived up to the hype. Enough said. He has brought a team 0-5, to a Wild Card-hunter with a 7-7 record, and a personal 7-4 record.

Vince is proving how good of a leader he is and how clutch he can be. He showed these traits in college, and now he is showing that it wasn't a fluke in the pros. His passing needs to improve if he wants to become a championship QB in the NFL though. Once the playoffs start, teams can shut down a one-dimensional offense.

it took him a few games to get goin...but I like in Young now what I liked in him a year ago...the ability to make plays.

He may not have the best arm or the greatest technique, but put that guy under center and he's gonna do some positive things....as far as running QBs go, I think he's already a better all around player than Vick
