I cannot really diagnose you over the internet but maybe I can lead you in the right direction. No, you can't get your period once you're pregnant — once your body starts producing the hormone human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) and your pregnancy is established, your menstrual cycle is interrupted and normal periods stop. But you may have bleeding or spotting during pregnancy that can seem like a period.

Some pregnant women have what's called "implantation bleeding" that can happen around the time their period is due, and they may mistake that bleeding for a period.
It's generally a lot lighter than a typical period — just a day or two of very light spotting. If however, you are not sure, my advice would be to go see a doctor.

You got your period so your most likely not pregnant. However it still could come even if you are pregnant, but not very likely. Next month it should come around the same time (if you normally have regular periods). So if it doesn't you should take a test. Also the craving, cramps and lighheadedness all can be symptoms of your period.

Next time you mess around use a condom!! You don't sound like you want a kid so use protection!! There is no such thing as we got cought up in the moment becuase the moment should include pulling out a condom. Or if that is too "planned" for you go get on the pill. If you are underage you can go to the free clinic and they won't tell your parents.

You could be having a miscarriage. Miscarriage can seem like a period but it normally continues longer than a period or on and off. I would take a test, just to make sure and if it says you are pregnant, call the doc ASAP. If you aren't you are just having a weird period (BTW, cravings don't usually start until much later in the pregnancy).

You don't get pregnant every time you have sex; it is a possibility, but not definitive. You really should be smarter though, if you do not want to get pregnant, then take precautions. If you do, then invest in a reusable pregnancy test and safe yourself from the worry.

some women have their period all the way through their pregnancy, usually its alot lighter and shorter though! The bleeding could have also been from implantation

It's rare, but pregnant women can have their period. Seriously, don't be an idiot, be safe.
