I would like to acknowledge my coworkers with a SMALL gift, but cant come up with any ideas... Gave candles and lottery scratch offs other years... HELP!

Gourmet cookies. You know--like the mini lady locks, and all those fabulously decorated cookies that you can buy in the grocery stores. Buy little Christmas tin cans, line then with wax paper and put in a couple of those fancy cookies and include some holiday Hershey candy kisses and M & Ms. Maybe even give them those wrapped candy canes. Make sure they are wrapped, otherwise the peppermint will permeate the cookies.
Or if you don't want to give them cookies, give them each a tree ornament, or a pin that they can wear on their lapels.
You can give small fruit baskets. You can pick up inexpensive wicker baskets at hobby stores. Get some basket grass or holiday colored tissue paper on the bottom and give them an apple, pear, orange, banana and maybe a small packet of nuts or raisins. Get some clear plastic to wrap the basket and stick a bow on it.
Wine is a good thing to give as well. You can buy little sample bottles of wine or whiskeys.
You can give them cheese balls and crackers.
Or just give everyone a big hug and wish them a very Merry Christmas.

Go to Barnes and Noble, if they're a nearby store - right by the checkout registers there are stands of small, thoughtful gifts that don't cost an arm & a leg. They're cute as hell - bought a little bonsai tree for one co-worker, an office voodoo kit for another ;)
