Yes the world is a hard place at time.I like you find more SCAM then Real on these sites.I would try making and putting fliers for odd jobs, mowing, yard cleaning, garage and basement cleaning, depending on the skills you have. There also places you can go to who would help with food,i have been homeless and eaten in soup lines,so do not let your pride get in your way. GOOD LUCK.

Ugh, I'm tired of all the canned answers these questions get. It's like the authors won't even take the time to make their referral links look legit. Anyway, if I were you I'd check out http://www.myfriendbenjamin.com They've got the only legitimate sites I know of, as well as the only unbiased info I know of.

Hi,
In response to your question . . .
First--you should join the work at home forum and know what others are saying. Second--if you believe that all Internet ventures are scams, then you will never succeed. You must do your homework. Meaning . . . do some research. Stay away from data entry and typing jobs over the Internet. You have to be really skilled and there are not enough jobs for millions of people wanting looking. Surveys are safe but the hype that you will make $1000s and $1000s, in most cases, are hype. I truely believe that paid surveys are mostly good for women. Afterall, its more about comparison shopping which women find time to do. Can you make some money from it? Absolutely! I made $100s from marketing research companies that paid $1 to $300. But you have to sign up to over 300 survey companies to make this work.
If you are a newbie and never purchased a work from home opportunity, then you should know the following:
When you go to a web site to look for an opportunity, stay away from those that throw alot of money at you. Stay away from the pretty sites as well. I primarily leave money out at first. Instead, I want to know the following: Is there customer service or an email I can use to communitcate with the vendor/company? Does the vend/company offer a money back guarantee? Check the BBB (Better Business Bureau) to see if there is a negative history. Also, here is something to note when I first started looking I went after an opportunity t for around $49.97. After researching, I figured even if I made the wrong decision I could still get my money back. But this never happened because I really liked the product and not only did I recoup my $49.97 back, I made alot more money afterwards.
Also, you need to pursue something you think you will like to do and not because they claim you will make $1000s or more per day or month. Simply stay away from that.
So I will leave you with this what worked for me or someone else doesn't necessarily mean it will work for you. But if you want to pursue a site where I got my first start, then I think you should try Mintjobs.
You will learn and make multistreams of income. You follow EaSy quick instructions and there is an enormous amount of resources to start money money over the Internet. And the price is low.
Take Care and Good Luck!
