I'm guessing you are posting from Dubai..
I would imagine your government blocks those sort of sites via the local server. Apparently quite a few governments worldwide control what internet sites their citizens can acccess.
On further review, yes your government controls and bans access to internet pornography.

Sounds like youe under the age of 21 and you have parents who care about you. Honor them, do not ruin your life by 'just looking at pictures.' Nothing honorable is 'Just looking'.
