This map shows the chances of having a white Christmas where you live: http://www.weather.com/outlook/homeandgarden/holidays/?par=yahoo&site=www.yahoo.com&promo=top&cm_ven=Yahoo&cm_cat=www.yahoo.com&cm_pla=forecastpage&cm_ite=Holidays
Considering we're in the midst of a blizzard and more snow is expected on Saturday, I think we'll have a white Christmas in Colorado Springs this year.
I think just about every highway out of town is closed. They've closed I-70 all the way to Kansas.

Well, I live in NC- sometimes we get snow, sometimes ice... but this whole week it's been in the 60's and 70's. I understand where you're coming from- extremely depressing and doesn't really put you in Christmas spirit. Take a friend, family member or your significant other and go ice skating or to a hockey game. Maybe rent or watch some Christmas movies. Good luck and happy holidays!!

I live in Toronto (in Canada), and the weather forecast says that on xmas, it'll be a low of 4°C, and a high of 6°C, which means no snow. Although Christmas is about charity (I think) and family (and not about snow), it'll have a different feeling than usual. :(

a warm christmas?
it's been freezing where i live for like a week now...brrr
but it hasn't snowed yet. I figure it should snow, because if it's going to be cold, the cold should be fun!
i hope you get your snow, if not now, then later.
who knows, maybe once you go back to school, it'll snow a ton, then you'll get a snow day!!!
Hope it snows ( ;

the last time we had a white xmas i must have been a child. i have very vague memories of it but nothing in detail! our xmases are always damp and grey and really not pretty enough for xmas day at all! as far as i'm concerned xmas day should be snowing from start to finish but unfortunately here in england the snow seems to come at the end of january! boo hoo....
