There's this weird program called Microsoft Narrator.
If you dont know where it is on your computer, right click on Paint.
Click Properties.
Click Find Target.
Scroll up untill you see NARRATOR.
send it to your desktop.
open wordpad
open narrator
make sure your sound is on
when u type something on wordpad, Narrator will say it

Thats pretty much all you can do on a computer...home work, research, surfing, games. If youre into music you can do that too. I just got a program called my voice, you can take the voice off of songs and put your own words on it...i use it for songs i HATE (like 'vans' by the idiot pack) or for songs i use to make my family members mad (make songs making fun of them) its hilarious....And buy some fun computer games that appeal to you! not just the free games it comes with, Like i love the sims 2 and a few yahoo games (they have some awesome games) and my dad loves Red alert or command and conquer(something like that) its like a war game (kinda like call of duty but not really) just find what you like
