I'm trying to find one for my niece and she really wants one. Plus, it's as far as my budget can stretch.

Hi,
I shop a lot and to save time and money I use cheapest prices search engine. Almost every merchant is there and over a million consumer written reviews. You will find many other ways that will help you with questions.
You can shop online or you can go to a merchant and use the toll free phone number if you feel more comfortable shopping like that.
There are merchant reviews, over one million product reviews, compare by brand and a lot more. I hope I helped you and I wish you good luck.
p.s. there are over one million consumer written reviews!

It's going to be extremely difficult to get video for under $200. You can try smalldog.com and see what kind of refurbished ipods they have. I know too that audible.com has a $100 rebate deal if you sign up for their audio books service (which would be a great deal if your niece is older and likes audio books--they have everything from Harry Potter to murder mysteries). The ipod nanos and shuffles are in that price range, but no video (nanos do have color displays though and can hold pics). Good luck. If you find something, you should let everyone know!!
