You can download a programs called IrfanView and use it to resize the image

Download it, install it and when u open the image, go to , Image=> Resize/resample and choose the size you want .
it's very fast and functional viewer/editor

Myspace has a limit as to how large a pic file can be. Simply upload the pic at www.photobucket.com and then use the edit option to resize it, then save it as a file on your computer and then try again to upload it at Myspace.

myspace only allows certain file size..the size of the file you might be trying to download a pic from your camera, be greater than that size.

you have to resize it first. you can use a lot of image editing softwares. the most basic one would be microsoft photo editor.

Try www.download.com for some free photo editing software, also you might want to try www.kodak.com they have software called easyshare which is free and easy to use.
