Get married, live in separate rooms wait until you have the money and the grace period expires and leave each other. It should pay for the divorce and you both just might have some paper left over!

I pre-nup might be a good idea just to make sure the money from the sale of the house is all you two are splitting.

This is America and I'm a capitalist. I normally will not advocate divorce but if you both can take it, there's profit waiting for both of you.

So you got a solid pre nup. Then financially you have no problem. Your question states is he in it for the money? How does that work if he signed a pre nup? He knows he can not get anything. Why would he stay around if u say he is in it for the money but has no way of gettting it without your permission! So your question has nothing to do with money as he is not entitled to anything. Your questions must be more so him being lazy and or u not loving him anymore. This has nothing to do with money if u have a solid pre nup. He knows he signed it and is not entitled to it. Edit- I would appreciate it if you did not call me a fool. Pls leave the insults at the door. I dont expect to be talked to like that considering i ansered your question the best way i could. If thats the way you treat people its no wonder your husband is there for the money. You had no right to speak to me that way.

if you are worried about who owns the house, and he is worried about who owns the house, then you should just split up

the thing that keeps you together should matter way way way more, so that ideally it shouldn't even matter whos house it is

your spelling is lousy. the other guy told you to reread the will. that don't make sense because that would be spelled better.
