Well, unfortunately there isn't a blinking light on their forehead, but there are way to know. First, stay calm. The next worse thing that could happen is accusing them when they are innocent. Are there problems in your relationship? Are they staying out when they should be home? If you really think your significant other is cheating, follow them. Check their phone and see who they are calling. The one thing is, your gut instinct. Usually, when you get that feeling, something is not right. It could be them cheating, it could be them "stretching their legs" persay in the relationship. I would follow them, and make sure they are where they say they are. Avoiding questions that you ask is another big one. Not making eye contact, and making excuses. Granted, this doesnt always work. Some people when in a relationship, just need a little room, so they take it, and dont consult the other to let them know their needs. Be careful how far you take this... they could just need some "alone time". I dont want you to go crazy trying to prove something that isnt there. Good Luck!

You obviously have real concerns, so instead of trying to catch your partner cheating, why not discuss the issue with them?
If your concerned they are just going to deny it, & your not going to believe what they say anyway, then you should seriiously think about ending the relationship. You don't trust your partner, & without trust you don't have a relationship.
Save your energy for making a fresh start when you meet someone new.

1. get a hold of cell phone bill....see if the same particular number is listed time and time again.
2. what is the first and last numbers they call when they leave the house??? Thats another big clue.
3. Hide a voice activated voice recorder when you leave the house.
4. NEVER, but NEVER ask if somethings going on....cheaters NEVER admit anything until they are caught red handed...just start investigating. If they are up to no good, you will only give them the opportunity to cover thier tracks better!
Hope this helps!

1. Check they're phone for texts & calls....if you suspect a certain person look for their name in his/her phonebook and switch the number with yours!
2. Body language is a big give away, if they get flustered when your asking how their day has been, what they've been up to.
3. Book a days holiday from work (preferably when he/she is off) go to 'work' (parents/friends)at your normal time etc......give them a ring mid-morning see what she/he is doing, be just around the corner when you ring, then go home. See what the outcome is
4. Good friends with your neighbours? get them to keep check.
5. Their mobile again - pick it up with you on your way to work/out, pretend you know nothing about it and they must have 'lost' it somewhere....leave it a few days til the battery drains then shove it down the side of the sofa or something.
6. Follow them when he/she says they're going to a 'friends/parents'
7. Emails - My friend caught his girlfriend out by using this method, he rang her (make sure you ring when you know they dont have access to a computer) and said he couldnt remember the password for his new email account (set one up a few days before, make sure you tell your partner say you've changed it cos you keep getting loads of junk not being filtered into your inbox) tell him/her you need to send an email to your boss/friend etc and its really important make some story up...ask her if you can have his/her password and send the email from his/her account, keep going on about how important it is, act really stressed out. If they arent hiding anything it shouldnt be a problem, my friends girlf started getting weird and saying she wasnt sure etc etc.
Good luck, hope it works out!

I caught my ex-husband out by asking questions. For example, he told me he'd been somewhere and I asked where he'd parked the car. He told me xxx. I told him, "no - I'd been there and the car wasn't there" - so he had to lie again. When he began to bluster, I kept cool and simply repreated the question until he answered it. Of course, it was a lie because he'd been visiting his girlfriend at her flat. I then asked a friend who was sympathetic and she confirmed it. My ex hadn't been shy and he'd been working with this girl. Everyone but me knew.
You could get a detective. You could follow her - but don't get caught.

this might work if you are living together, Tell them you are leaving like going to your parents house, siblings house, out with friends, anything like that OK then tell your partner you wont be home for at least 2 to 3 hours, then drive down the street and stake your partner out believe me if they are cheating they wont be able to resist a few hours alone GOOD LUCK!!!!!!

cheaters will never admit to cheating. people who are having affairs generally get caught out one way or the other. I was caught out because I couldn't resist texting the person and one night i fell asleep and my partner at the time read the last message he sent me. the way to catch them is through any methods of communication they may use...text or email is the fav, but truth will out in the end (it did with me!) and I lost everything.

rent a car and follow their A S S! or go to radioshack and buy the NANNY CAM. this is a camera that parents buy that is disguised as a teddy bear that shows how babysitters are treating their children. it looks like a regular teddy bear but in the belly button their is a camera. it records audio and visual. put it in her car on the floor of the passenger side in the back, sort of try to hide it. then when she comes home get it and watch it if you cant place it in such a way to get video you can still hear the audio and hear her on her cell phone or hear "anything" going on in the car.

there's always looking at numbers on the phone, repeated called/recieved numbers. You can look up the number to see who it is by checking out a REVERSE # website on the internet..... going thru wallets for receipts/phone numbers, and the oh' so useful following......or having a friend follow him so it's less noticable........ just be smart about it.
