Of course I have a routine! Most people do (at least m-f when they work) and the weekends can be random. Having a routine just means that you are set and stable in your life.

My routine is as I laughly put it........my routine is no routine. What I am sure of each day is that I will wake up and have one or two cups of coffee and from there anything is possible. I do work but it is shift work and can change week by week, even the coffee breaks and lunch times. My work as an artist and writer can place me in any situation at any moment. You would be amazed at how everyday moments can become masterpieces with just a little imagination :-)
Sometimes I think it would be nice to have a daily routine......but then knowing me, I would be bored in no time flat LOL.
You also asked, "Is having a routine a sign of anything?" my thoughts as I read this after answering you first question is; a routine is a sign of something if you think it is. What does it mean to you?

I certainly do have a daily routine. I do pretty much the same things in the morning before I go to work and the same things after I get home from work, not always in the same order. I think having a routine keeps you organized, especially if you work outside of the home. I feel better about myself when I get things done. I have been lazy at times and did nothing and always regret it later on.

I dont have a strict routine but I sort of have a way I go about doing things every day. For me, I cant get by without any structure in my day but an over-planned day is just to much for me to handle. I dont think having a routine is a sign of anything it just depends on what kind of person you are.

I have to go to work weekdays, so a routine is definitely good for me. However, i think it depends totally on whether or not the person works, goes to school and/or have other responsibilities that needs attention each day. It makes you more organized and at the end of the day you can better visualize your accomplishments.

Most believe that people with normal routines are afraid of change. I guess that's sort of true. I do whatever comes my way. I prefer the radomization. Try it. It's better than routine.

I try to stick to a routine, otherwise everything gets chaotic! For me routines are very hard, but I try to maintain them everyday because I know how my life used to be when I didn't have any routines.

I get up and...
1. Have a nice cold glass of Hate-orade.
2. Eat a bowl of the shattered dreams of starving African children.
3. Slap my wife on the bum and say "Good morning, fatty!"
4. Run 2-3 people off the road on my morning commute from talking too much on my cell phone.
5. Pee in the coffee pot at work.
6. Put out cigarettes in my coworker's arms.
7. Steal a box of Twinkies out of Rosie O'Donnell's dressing room (I'm a risk-taker, after all).
8. Then go home and watch Fox News the rest of the night.
SPARE ME the annoying little buzzing noises you make as you try to sting me with your pathetic indignation. I'm a Republican, and as such, am immune...
