This is the best time to go unless you like 110+ degrees of heat and humidity. November to March is the best time to visit, with cool but sunny weather. You can buy almost anything from anywhere in India in Delhi. Manali has spectacular views of snowcapped peaks and wooded slopes The Manali market is crowded with myriads of interesting shops selling Tibetan carpets and crafts and the appetizing aroma of steaming noodles hangs about the little restaurants. Chandigarh, The City beautiful, sub-tropical continental monsoon climate characterized by a seasonal rhythm, hot summers, slightly cold winters, unreliable rainfall and great variation in temperature (0 °C to 42 °C). Nestled in the middle Himalayas in northern India, Shimla is a hill station, winter is gray with some snowfall, very Northern location....Ice skating is pretty popular in Shimla during winters. The Shimla Ice Skating Club is said to be the oldest of its kind in Asia.
All in all it is a great time to go to India
My friend left for Kerala on Sunday, it is located in the south. 80 DEG F.

No, this is the best time to go. In January, Delhi becomes foggy and the sights would not be that good to see. December is a good time. After that, february would be the best time. Shimla and Manali are nice at this time of the year.

No its probably perfect its getting hotter and hotter towards April
April to sep is monsoon too hot and wet plus this time of year the tourist attractions / accom is more available have fun x
