At this point, a 90 year old will enjoy pretty much anything like good ol' music.

Even a plant works. Maybe you could read a short story to her. I know my relative enjoyed that so much. She, also, loved visits from our dogs as well!

Hi there. I write for Gilbert Guide (the foremost source for everything senior care) and a colleague of mine recently posted a blog addressing this very question. She listed some wonderful gift ideas for people with varying levels of dementia, and I'd love to share them with you. Here's the link to that blog:

I'm sure whatever you choose, your grandmother will be thrilled you put thought and effort into making her smile!

You can get her some nice pj's like ppl have said or you can get her some nice footey socks that look like little slippers, they are really soft and can be found @ target and walmart. I got a couple for xmas gifts this year. Dont get her anything like candies and such since shes elderly she might not be able to have them. Im sure whatever it is that you get her she will appreciate it.! Good luck

a reliable thought i presumed-approximately replaced into something sentimental. An angel.. or something candy like that. I have been given my Nana the main pleasing angel. Engraved in it replaced into "you're My Angel."
