Thought #1: OMG - are you seriously talking about POOP?! Usually this is a topic reserved for the old & bored or new mothers!

Thought #2: If its always like that for you then it's NORMAL for YOU....Medicine and the medical community use generalizations & averages....there are NO hard and fast rules in medicine. Ever.

Thought #3: If you're really terribly concerned about your bowel movements and consistency, then I highly recommend that you discuss this with your doctor.

Solid is not quite the right description. A healthy poo should be formed and easy to pass leaving no residue in the pan. If your poos are as you describe then it is an indication that your food is passing through your system too quickly. You need to have a look at your diet and go and have some colonics - the therapist should be able to point you in the right direction. You may also be suffering from food sensitvity so you should get that checked out too. Given the time of year, you could also commit to doing a full detox in January. I have just tried out a product which was very impressive called Dr Natura http://www.drnatura-eu.com/log.php

Your motion should be fairly well formed and easily passable. It depends on your diet really. There should be plenty of roughage in your diet eg whole grain bread and cereals. If your motion is constantly loose then there is cause for concern and you should visit your doctor. Drink at least 2litres of water per day as this helps the body to maintain its fluid levels. Hope this helps.

You aren't getting enough fiber in your diet. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Then it'll be more solid.
