I'm going to a xmas party and can't decide what colour and type of underwear to go for. I'm wearing a gold colour strapless dress, which is just above the knee. The material is not very forgiving, and I'm concerned about having a vpl.I need to wear some support around my chest, as I've got quite big boobs. Also I don't know what colour underwear to wear. I'd be grateful for any ideas. Thanks

Sometimes a thong can be obvious, so you might opt for an undergarnment made for flattering your shape that is actually built more like shorts (or even a one piece - it can be strapless). It might be best to invest in an item like that, which will give you a flawless, smooth look from top to bottom and you won't be able to detect a thing. Try a department store or a lingerie specialty shop. I'm not sure where you live but there's a place out near me called Lady Grace. I know Macys and Penny's have what I'm describing, too.

i was guna say get one of those gel bras that stick to your boobs but if you have big boobs then i suggest a strapless bar in skin tones and try plain but buetiful. Dont go for dull colours because it just looks silly. Take your dress into the shop and try on a range because it saves the time at home when your trying to think of ideas to cover up thebit of bra that is showing because it never works. The underwwear is tricky because if the dress is tight then even with a thong you can sometimes see the lines! - Again try them on in the shop. Go for plain and neat and just see what works for you but if your wearing a short dress then dont go commando with no knickers because ... well you never no what might end up being seen if you sit in the wrong position. If your dress was longer then yes go 4 it but not abpove the knee. There is lots of underwear out there and always something that will work.

How about a flesh coloured strapless bra, or a strapless basque that will give your top support, she who must be obeyed says get some of those body hugger things from M&S that wont leave a vpl she knows she has one. Enjoy the party

Beige of gold bra, you would have to have the right typr of bra for strapless dress... so try it on in advance and make sure it doesn't show anywhere...and either a thong, or go commando to avoid panty lines. Have a great time at the party!

I would wear a supporting bra but I actually dont know what that feels like to have big boobs because I have the smallest boobs in the world but still I would take that advice!

Go to Victorias Secret Store[if they have that in england]to get a bra,and wear either a thong or boyshort depending on the dress

I would go for flesh coloured underwear with that, black will look too obvious against the gold, and well, white is a no no!
some form of corsetry would work!

I would suggest a nude coloured strapless bra with matching thong. Check out Figleaves website.... you could also opt for a full body style suit.

take the dress with you to the store and get a strapless bra with out padding
for underwear a thong or g-string with no detailing (bows on back or anything) and try a nude color

Top: support cups, but not a bra
Bottom: gold or sheer thong, or nothing at all
Of course, you could use the nothing underneath as a suprise for somebody special.
