My best friend is overweight, and she is extremely conscious of it, self-conscious, and never takes it out on anyone. I have seen people of all sorts take their agression out on others. Politics and religion seem to bring out the agression more than obesity in my experience. And here's something I've noticed about some skinny people: they become pushers!!!
