As for clear, I guess they would, although I hate clear shoes. They remind me of strippers.

Sorry, but I don't think so!
You are better off going with a high heel shoe that does not have any straps and goes right at the toe level. That shows your entire ankle (and some of the foot) and gives the appearance of a longer leg.
Having straps cuts off the length actually making your legs appear to stop where the strap falls.
Its not much of a difference but any little bit can help!

The clear heels look good on the strip dance floor or in your bed room but no were else. They will make you taller though.
