Sure, if you like that freezer burnt flavour.
That reminds me..I have to dig out the Christmas cookies from last year from the bottom of my freezer! I think that I will bring them in for my lovely co-workers...

Well are they like already made cookies that got froze or are they like frozen dough... i am supposing you mean eat when you say recycle... i think... So i would check the date on them if they are packaged, if there not through them in the garbage!

As long as they were only from last year and not any older, then yes. I wouldn't give them to children of the elderly though!
