I am 8 days past ovulation according to my basal body charts. All 8 days past ovulation temps are higher than coverline and they are getting higher with each passing day. I am supposed to start my period tomorrow. But I am wondering will me ovulating this late make my period tomorrow late?? IF so when do you think I should test. I have been having a few possible pregnancy symptoms but I am not thinking too much of them because I don't want to get my hopes up. When do you think is the most logical time to try testing and when do you think I should expect my period if I am not pregnant. ALL OPINIONS WELCOMED
**SERIOUS MATURE ANSWERS ONLY** PLEASE don't be negative I am just asking an opinion THANKS in advance

A woman has her period 14 days after ovulation. So if you ovulated on the 9th(9+14), I'd check on the 23rd. Many women assume that ovulation happens 14 days after the first day of LMP, but not so. I think that with the temp and everything, you probably are pregnant. Also if you want to take a test earlier, say maybe the 21 or 22, try using the Answer preg test. It has been proven by consumer product testers to be the best at early testing. Good luck!

If you Oved on the 9th, you are 11 days past Ovulation. Charting can be tricky though. You may Ovulate late and have a short Luteal Phase.

You could test on a First response or and Answer test, both are pretty accurate before your AF is due.

The real test will be in the next week and whether or not you start your period.

but the increased BBT are a good sign. I'd say test now and wait a few days and test again.

No as I defined in great element to you on one among your many different questions you may desire to no longer attempt before 12-14 dpo as your HCG will no longer be intense adequate. you besides could could discover that having recognizing for 5 days could point out a drop in progesterone and which you're no longer pregnant. in case you study the back of the container on the being pregnant attempt it says they are not precise till 14 dpo the day af is due! you are able to desire to attend! that's a 2 week wait no longer an 8 day wait sorry ... that's hard yet all of us could desire to head via it and you will could desire to get used to it when you consider that this could be a ingredient of the TTC technique. that's substantial so which you would be able to no longer obsess each and each of the time you are able to desire to have asked 10 questions in 3 days it relatively is basically too many!

What you should do is save your hubbys sperm in small containers in the fridge on the days you're not ovulating, then insert all of it at peak ovulation. You can use a menstraul cup to keep it all in. Theoretically you could get say 10 times as much sperm inside you then just through regular sex. Just put it all in, insert the cup, and then go about your day, with over 100cc's of semen swishing around inside of you. Try to lay down as much and as often as possible though.

Go ahead and test now. If I'm not mistaken, the body temp rising is a good sign. Good Luck!

Wait until you're late for your period. And go get blood work done, thats the simplest plan.
