how do you change things in there i made a mistake and i dont know how to fix it

just click around. that's what I do.

Click my page and then you can edit certain areas of your page or if you want to fix your background and color choices click edit custom theme. It's on the very top of the page.

You should be able to click on MY PAGE and then have the option to edit any portion of the page. Good Luck.
