Have you considered starting a small business?
I have an online/offline retail business. We sell hundreds of products and also have many well-know partner stores including Barnes and Noble, Sony Music, Office Max, Eddie Bauer and more. The nice thing about being online is that it doesn't have the huge start-up costs of traditional business.

I get this question a lot. There are an unbelievable number of stay at home moms who are looking to help out with the monthly expenses but still spend time with their children. If I were you, I'd check out http://www.myfriendbenjamin.com They've got the only legitimate online stuff I know of. Hello how are you? well i have a great little job working from home on my computer and i make a little extra money each month and it will be picking up in business the more it grows it is an actuall job you are paid to do your work. so if you are interested give me a message and i will be happy to give you the information. I have made a little under 400 in two months but i haven't been working full time either.

ebay. a friend's mom stays home cuz she's sick a lot and she racks in around 3,000 bucks a month. she had a lot of stuff in her garage waiting to be sold, but she reallylikes it. it may take a while before you're making quite that much, but give it a shot:)

get the school course of medical transcript and learn it and work from home.
the doctors will send you the transcript and you mail them back to them and that's it.
