What are the LAWS of what a Pharmacy Technician is allowed to do in the state of Georgia?

I am looking for a list of specific details of what a certified pharmacy technican is allowed BY LAW TO DO.. and if there is a difference in what a non certified tech may do...

Most states do not differentiate between certified and non-certified.
